Marilyn G. Schuster, 87, of Cambridge, WI passed away peacefully at her residence on October 7th, 2025. She was born on April 27, 1938, in Rockford, IL to Carl and Geraldine (Trigg) Gerbers. Marilyn grew up in Rockford and West Chicago, Illinois
She worked as a secretary at a Chicago law firm for many years prior to moving to Wisconsin. Marilyn loved playing the piano and organ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Geraldine; her husband Earl; and sister, Sarah Dieter, and a niece Corinne Randall (Rudy).
Marilyn is survived by her niece, Nan-Jean (David) Dobrowski and by Earl's daughters Diane (Thomas) Stump and Linda (Kevin) Hanson.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 10:30 am at Roselawn Memorial Park in Monona, WI. Section C to the left of the Broadway entrance
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Home Again Assisted Living of Cambridge and Rainbow Hospice of Jefferson County.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Marilyn’s honor can be made to Rainbow Hospice of Jefferson County.
