Irene Chase
Beloved mother and grandmother, age 90, passed away on October 8, 2025.
She will be deeply missed by her sons Fred (Pat) and Duane (Joy); daughter-in-law Diane; grandchildren Lisa (Eric) Stang, Tony (Sarah), Jeff, Jon, Christine (Andy) Winkel, Joseph (Megan), Kristin (Matt), Sara (Yannick) Kasongo, and Megan (Jake) Greene; 22 great- and great-great-grandchildren; and brothers, Walter and Charles Krause.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fred; son Richard (Rick); sister, Alice Wilkinson; and daughter-in-law Evonne Ellingson-Chase.
Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 23, 2025, from 2:00PM-5:00PM at the Hugo American Legion, 5383 140th St. N., Hugo, Minnesota.
