Larry D. Windell, of Longmont, Colorado, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, at the age of 78. He was born in Burlington, Colorado, on July 31, 1947, to Dean and Violet (Towers) Windell.
Larry graduated from Longmont High School before proudly serving in the United States Army. He later married Kathy (Engel) Windell, and together they raised three children: John (January), Devin (Sara), and Teger (Allen). Larry was a devoted grandfather to eight grandchildren: (Iono, Jazmin, Cass, Lilly, Amelia, Elly, Trey, and Everly.)
Larry owned and operated his own masonry company for many years. He will be remembered for his love for his family and his passion for the outdoors, where he found peace and joy in nature.
