Donna Lorraine Phipps
March 23rd, 1939 - October 25th, 2025
Donna Lorraine Calais Phipps of Jackson, California, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2025. She is survived by her two children, DeAnn (Mark) Fine and Michael (Carol) Tortorich; her stepson Nikos (Shauna) Phipps; and her beloved grandchildren, Alyssa (Christian) Fine-Tucker, Tyler (Savannah) Fine, Cara (Garrett) Tortorich-King, Savannah Phipps, Cheyenne Phipps, and Wyatt Phipps. She was blessed with six great-grandchildren, Graham, Chase, Ezra, Judah, Tori, and Leah. Donna deeply loved her family and found her greatest joy in spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her warmth, humor, and kindness will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Judson Paul Phipps. At Donna's request, there will be no funeral services. Donations may be made to Bristol Hospice of Stockton or to a charity of your choice.
