Alice "Faye" Foy

Alice "Faye" Foy, 77, of Colfax passed away on October 28, 2025 under the care of Kernersville Medical Center.  Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Sidney and Ruth (Southard) Ozment.

To know Faye, was to truly love Faye. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, watching her soap operas, and spending time away from home, whether that be the beach or the mountains. She was a Carolina Tarheels fan, cheering for her team from home. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew her. 

Alice is survived by her children, Jennifer Scott (Phillip) and Jeffrey Jessup; her grandchildren, Haleigh Scott, Kristopher Carroll, Angela Bass (Reuben), Jessica Jessup and Gabrielle Penn; her great-grandchildren, Julian Smithey, Bryson Scott, Khloe Carroll, Arianna Carroll, Harmony Bass, Serenity Bass, Charlotte Bass; her sister, Jeanette Kirkman; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved, Daniel Jones; her grandchild, Jessica Jessup; her siblings, Pat Scales, Sharon Ozment, and Steve Ozment.

The family will receive friends at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service, 213 W. Mountain St. Kernersville NC 27284 on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 12:00PM-1:00PM.  Funeral services will follow beginning at 1:00PM with Pastor JR Gossett officiating.  Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, High Point.
