Tom Martin Parrish

 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Tom Martin Parrish, who departed this life on October 29, 2025, in Warner Robins, Georgia, at the age of 63.

Born on October 18, 1962, in Moultrie, Georgia, Tom was known for his kind spirit and deep connections with family and friends. Tom was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Enoch and Ella "Nell"  Gay Parrish, and his cherished son, Brock Parish. He is also preceded in death by his brother in law, Wayne Patten. 

He is survived by his loving siblings, Vickie Patten, Jackie Spradley (Floyd), and Nelson (Debra) Parish, along with a host of nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Tom also leaves behind his devoted fiancé, Wendy Dozier, and her daughter, Chloe Dozier, as well as a close friend, Phebe S. Knowles, and dear neighbors, Gerald and Sherry Haynes.

A dedicated and hardworking individual, Tom recently retired from his position at Robins Air Force Base, where he served in civil service. His commitment to his work was only outshone by his passion for life and the joys of his interests. Tom was a loyal supporter of the Georgia Bulldogs and had a special admiration for the Atlanta Braves. He enjoyed the serenity of fishing and held fond memories of his younger days spent hunting. Tom’s faith in the Baptist tradition guided his life, providing him with a framework of values that he cherished deeply. He will be fondly remembered for his kind-hearted nature and the warmth he brought into the lives of all who knew him.

A memorial service celebrating Tom’s life will be held at a later date, which will be announced. In this time of grief, we reflect on Tom’s life and the memories he created, cherishing the impact he made on all those he encountered. He will be greatly missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
