Barbara Lorraine Phillips, 47, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, peacefully passed away on October 29, 2025. Barbara was born in Charleston, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Barbara Ellen Phillips and the late Demps Phillips. She is also preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Grace Phillips and Charlie Phillips and maternal grandparents Mary and Sam Parker. She is survived also by her siblings MG Phillips and Valarie Johnson and her nephew Jacob Johnson. To her family and loved ones she was known as little Bobbie. She grew up with and leaves behind many loving Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Bobbie was a free spirit who loved country music, dolphins, marine life and animals. As a child she enjoyed keeping an aquarium with various saltwater fish. Through high school, she enjoyed JROTC and working part time in the Florist shop with her mother. She loved and was known throughout her life for her colorful and radiant outfits. She had a goofy and sassy sense of humor and a love of dancing. Bobbie was a faithful Christian who loved singing and listening to the gospel. She was resilient through personal struggles and adversities.

Bobbie will be missed dearly by her loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Simplicity, 281 Treeland Drive, Ladson, SC 29456, Friday, November 7, 2025, at 11am. Condolences will be received by the family preceding the service at 10am.

In lieu of flowers, friends and family are welcome to donate to their local animal shelter or ocean conservatory in the memory of Bobbie.
