Margaret Ann Bryan, 83, devoted wife of the late Scott C. Bryan, Sr., passed peacefully surrounded by her children on November 7, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky. Born on August 8, 1942, in Whitesburg, Kentucky, she was the beloved daughter of the late David and Elizabeth Waldhauser Hollan.

Margaret Ann was a woman of unwavering faith. A strong Christian from a young age, she dedicated her life to serving the Lord and caring for others. She taught hundreds of children and women through Sunday School, pouring God’s love and truth into generations. Her bold testimony and steadfast love for Jesus were a beacon to everyone she met. She never missed an opportunity to share her faith, encourage others, and point them toward God. Margaret Ann built a legacy rooted in love, family, and devotion. Her greatest joy was found in her family, who continue to carry on the lessons and love she so faithfully modeled.

Margaret Ann is survived by her son, Dr. Scott (Nancy) Bryan II of Royston, Georgia; her loving daughter, Sara Bryan Ramsey of Jeffersonville, Indiana; four cherished grandsons, Rev. Jeremy Scott (Katlyn) Bryan of Monroe, Georgia, Justin Charles (Hilary) Bryan of Seymour, Indiana, Jordan Daniel (Shannon) Bryan of Greensboro, North Carolina, and Matthew Grant Ramsey of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and her seven adored great-grandchildren, Asher, Esther Kate, Abbie Grace, Coleman, Celia, Clara, and Ayla Rose.

She is also survived by her siblings, David (Marilyn) Hollan of Jacksonville, Florida; Pamala (David) Wright of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina; Debbie Sweasy of Chester, Virginia; and Linda Wood of Frankfort, Kentucky, along with many beloved brothers and sisters in Christ.

Margaret Ann will be remembered for her steadfast faith, compassionate heart, and the countless lives she touched through prayer, teaching, and love. She taught us the beauty of finding laughter even in life’s simplest moments. Everyone who knew Margaret Ann knew she had a special place in her heart for children with autism, especially her beloved Matthew. Her family finds great peace in knowing she has been welcomed into the arms of Jesus. She awaited heaven with joyful expectation, often saying she longed for the day the angels would carry her home—her faithful wish is now fulfilled.

Visitation will be held at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, beginning at 10:30 AM, with funeral services to follow at 12:30 PM. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens at 2:00 PM.
