Reece "Tim" Timothy Miles
November 10th, 1949 - November 13th, 2025
In Loving Memory
Mr. Reece "Tim" Timothy Miles, 76, of Walkertown passed away on November 13, 2025 under the care of Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Born in Wilkes County, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Reece Miles and Muriel Guy and husband of the late Nancy Jane Miles.
Tim loved his family deeply, especially his grandchildren. His wife, Nancy, was his best friend throughout their 50 years of marriage. He was an avid lover of music and he feverishly supported his son's dreams of being a musician. While he was not exceptionally outgoing, everyone that met him loved him. He had a great sense of humor and was always interested in learning something new. He was a hard worker that could fix or build anything that he set his mind to.
Reece is survived by his son, Shawn T. Miles, his daughter-in-law, Daniele; his grandchildren, Dylan Reece and Cooper Grey; his sisters, Shirley Lawson (Ray), Teresa Bowers (Jimmy), and Regina Borden (Trent); and many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends and family members are invited to Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service, 213 W. Mountain St., Kernersville NC 27284 on Friday, November 21, 2025 between the hours of 9:00AM-4:00PM for viewing. A graveside funeral service will be held at Gardens of Memory Walkertown on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 11:00AM with Pastor Chris Holbrook officiating.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Ronald McDonald House in Winston-Salem, NC.
