Sylvia Ann Fallaw, 69, passed peacefully at home with her family on November 14, 2025.
She had a love for all animals, but horses and dogs were her favorites. She also loved to beautify her yard and home with various flowers.
She is survived by her husband, David Shane Fallaw, daughters: Sherri Ann Boltin, Terri Lou Boltin, and Amanda Marie Ellisor, her son, Riley Lee Ellisor, grandchildren: Damien McCraw, C.J. Hall, Mariah Ellisor, Ivy Ellisor, and Ryan Ellisor.
She was predeceased by her grandson, Justin Ellisor.
Sylvia was loved by all and will never be forgotten.
