Chad Lee age 54, of Surgoinsville, TN went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 24, 2025. Chad was born in Kingsport on February 22, 1971, to Richard and Pasty Lee. Chad loved to hunt, fish, and spend time outdoors.
Chad is preceded in death by his daughter Alysha Lee, grandmother Inez Slemp, and special uncles Jim Lee and Eddie Lee
Those left to cherish his memory is his wife of 34 years April Lee; son Hunter Lee, daughter Laken Lee; granddaughter Amelia Falin; parents Richard and Patsy Lee; brother Robbie (Melanie) Lee; sister Kristie (Darrell) Thacker; cousins Mitch Cox and Tim Lee; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Lee Family Cemetery on Bradley Creek Road with pastor Tim Price officiating. Friends and family will be serving as pallbearers. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 1:50 pm.
