Kustelski, Geraldine M. (Gerri)
Age 85 of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025, surrounded by her family Preceded in death by parents Margaret and Ward Foss; sisters Patty Ryan, Jeanne Abbott, Mary Lou Pursley, and Carrie Willy; and many loved ones. Survived by her children David (Judy) Kustelski, Susan (Michael) Yanish, and Christine Kustelski; grandchildren Nicholas, Emma, Lexi, Hailey, Diego, and Branden; brother-in-law Richard Willy; and many nieces and nephews. Gerri was a lifelong resident of St. Paul, graduate of Our Lady of Peace High School, and Clark College (Iowa); she proudly worked as a chemist in the brewing industry for over 60 years in St. Paul.
Gerri, affectionately known as “Senior” to her family, was kind, caring, and loyal; willing to share her knowledge and love with those she held dear. Her greatest joys were her family and friends, reading, spending time at the cabin, chocolate, MPR, and – of course – good beer. She will be remembered for her stories, her incredible intelligence, her strength, and her twinkling blue eyes.
Visitation and service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 11 am – 3 pm at Willwerscheid Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1167 Grand Avenue, St. Paul. Celebration of Life directly following at Summit Brewing Company, 910 Montreal Circle, St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, a donation in her name may be made to The Pillars Hospice Home in Oakdale.
