Kaylee Juanita Russell was born on July 22, 2005, in Greeley, Colorado, to Rebecca Russell and Richard Russell. A beloved daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, granddaughter, and friend, Kaylee touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. She passed away on November 30, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and unforgettable spirit.
Kaylee was preceded in death by her brother, Isaiah Russell, along with numerous grandparents, aunts, and uncles who welcomed her with open arms. She is survived by her mother, Rebecca Russell; her father, Richard Russell; her brother, Gabe Valentine; her Grandma Sandy Ramey; and her grandparents Bill and Charlotte Russell. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who cherished her deeply.
A 2024 graduate of Highland High School, Kaylee filled her life with energy, competition, and laughter. She excelled in volleyball and softball and also enjoyed playing soccer and basketball. When she wasn’t on the court or field, she loved spending time with her family and friends, listening to music, and making funny videos that showcased her bright and playful personality.
Kaylee worked at Pizza Plus for four years, served as a gate guard for Watch Dog, and was most recently delivering packages for DBFL. No matter the job, she brought determination, humor, and heart.
Kaylee was a kind, loving, compassionate, hardheaded, and hardworking young woman—a true spitfire whose vibrant spirit could light up any room. Her amazing life touched so many people and brought an entire community together. She will be remembered always and missed beyond measure.
