Richard Bullock, 85, of Salvisa, and husband of Tina Little Bullock passed away at home on Sunday, December 14, 2025. He was born to the late Lonzo Bullock and Mattie White Bullock on March 23, 1940 in Lexington, Kentucky.  

 

In addition to his loving wife of 29 years, Richard is survived by three children, Richard Wayne “Rick” Bullock, Denise Bullock, and Jerry (Kimberly) Fallen; two grandsons, Stephan Hunter and Will Bullock, two granddaughters, Jera (Tyler) Crouch and Caty (Danny) Deaton; and one great-granddaughter, Javera Crouch. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his sister, Vivian Jean Bullock.  

 

Richard was a member of Salvisa Baptist Church. He was very proud of being a Christian and living for God was a top priority for him.  

 

After graduation and further training, Richard began his long career as an electrician. He had his own company for many years and retired from Osram Sylvania, where he worked as an electrician in the lamp plant.  

 

He was a gun enthusiast who enjoyed trap, skeet, and target shooting. He was an active member of the Anderson County Sportsman’s Club and enjoyed spending time with the other members of the club.  

 

His services will take place on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Clark Legacy Center in Versailles. The visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The funeral will begin at 1:00 p.m. Funeral home address: 241 Rose Hill Ave., Versailles, KY 40383. Burial will follow at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens, Nicholasville.  

 

His pallbearers will be Rick Bullock, Tyler Crouch, Stephan Hunter, Robbie Mattingly, Albert Clark, and Jerry Fallen. The honorary pallbearers will be David Crager and his buddies from the Anderson County Sportsman’s Club.
