Caroline Sue Elliott, known as "Jacki," 75, of Maricopa, Arizona, has returned to her Father's house. She passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, after suffering a stroke, surrounded by her loving family. Jacki was born in 1950 in Riverside County, California, to Ed and Venita Johnson. She raised her family in Galt, California, for over 30 years before moving to Maricopa, Arizona, in 2021 to be closer to her children and grandchild. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Scott Elliott, and a loving mother to her four children: Lyle, Damien, McKenzie, and Anthonie. She is survived by her loving Husband, her children, three grandchildren, three greatgrandchildren, and two brothers, Ed and Leroy Johnson. Jacki dedicated her career to being a nurturing and compassionate home health RN, a profession she loved. She had a unique ability to touch the lives of those around her with genuine love, artistry, music, and her skills in homemaking. In her spare time, she enjoyed the outdoors, crafting, jewelry making, and painting, always with a focus on caring for others. Above all, she cherished her faith in Christ and the family He gifted her with. A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
