She is survived by her daughter Betty Ann Willoughby Perkins; grandsons, Bradley Scott Mullins, ray Alen Perkins II, Stuart Keith Mullins and 8 great grand children. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Willoughby, two daughters, Wanda Faye Willoughby Mullins, Karen Sue Willoughby and grandson Kevin Blain Mullins.
Ms. Willoughby will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens. A memorial may be held at a future date and time.
