Heather Mary Wilkinson passed away peacefully at the age of 86 in Sacramento, California, on December 22nd, 2025. She was born March 2nd, 1939, in Cambridge, England. She was married to Franklin Eugene Wilkinson for 38 years until his passing in 1995.

While her journey as a mother was marked by reserve and emotional distance, Heather found a softer chapter as a Nana. She held a unique and tender affection for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In their presence, her usual stoicism gave way to moments of warmth, pride, and deep love.

Heather is survived by her six children, Kelvin, Christopher and Patrick Wilkinson, Debbie Hicks, Vanessa Nadeau, and Beverly Schow. Her grandchildren Kody, Monique, Loren, Halley, Jason, Casey, Matthew, Jacob, Seth & Layla. Great-Grandchildren Bailey, Jace, Ryder, Noah, Hayden, Cassidy, Finn, Harley & Jett.

Just prior to Heather’s passing, she accepted Jesus as her Lord and savior with her daughter Beverly by her bedside. In her final week, Beverly shared a very endearing visit marked by deep peace and calm. She will be remembered for the kind, gentle bond she shared with the youngest generation in her family.
