Ms. Loretta Ann Morgan, age 61, a resident of Polk City passed away Monday, December 29, 2025, at Advent Health in Lake Wales surrounded by family. Ms. Morgan was born September 16, 1964, in Michigan City, Indiana to Lorenzo Claude and Sally Ann (Perrine) Francis. She was a Polk County resident since 1979 coming from Springfield, Missouri and graduated from Winter Haven High School. Loretta was a CNA in the Home Health Industry, went to technical school for Web Design and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed darts, karaoke, singing and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister – Dorothy; niece – Tasha and sister in law – Susie. Loretta is survived by her loving family, son – Sean Morgan; daughter – Hope Morgan; 2 brothers – Jerry Francis and Dale (Nancy) Francis; 2 sisters – Pixie (Anthony) Coffman and Marsha (Harry) Lewis; 5 grandchildren – Lily, River, Zach, Destiny & Decllon; 4 nephews – Jerry Jr., Robert, Paul & Dillon; 3 nieces – Tiffany, Connie Sue & Haley and best friend – Patsi Brown. There are no services scheduled for Loretta at this time.
