In celebration of the life of Esther T. Walker—a woman of quiet strength, and abiding love.     Esther lived 92 full and meaningful years, passing peacefully on December 1, just shy of her 93rd birthday.    Esther was preceded in death by her loving husband, Arthur, Esther now rests in the promise of eternal life.   She was a devoted mother of three, a loving grandmother to three grandchildren, and a cherished great-grandmother to five.  

Raised in the farmlands of upstate New York, Esther learned early the value of hard work, perseverance, and trust in God. That strong foundation carried her through life and was reflected in the steady faith she lived out each day. 

She was known for her warm heart, gentle humor, and great sense of adventure. Esther found joy in God’s creation and comfort in His promises. Her faith gave her peace, guided her decisions, and sustained her through life’s seasons.   In her final days, Esther was lovingly cared for by her daughter, Lily, in the comfort of home. She passed as she lived—surrounded by love, held in grace, and resting in the assurance of God’s presence.      

Celebration of Life Services will be held at New Life Wesleyan Church at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 10, 2026.  The address is 8900 E. Golflinks Rd in Tucson, AZ 85730.   The family asks that any monitory gift be donated to Esther’s church (above) in lieu of flowers.
