Ione Brusky of Johnson Creek (previously Marshfield) passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the age of 102, at Alden Estates of Jefferson.
Ione lived a good life enjoying bowling, golf, dancing, and J Bavet.
Preceded in death by her parents Walter and Zoa (Cournoyer) Kohl; siblings Ellen Diplaris, Howard Kohl, Vernon Kohl, Walter Kohl, Charlotte Posch, and Emogene Wendt; and sons Don and Pat Brusky.
Survived by her sister Jane Lukitsch; granddaughters Noelle Brusky, Tiffanie (Bernado) Ugalde; great-grandchildren Cashon Brusky, Kyle and Kacie Ugalde; and longtime caregiver and friend Jennifer Haeselich.
The family would like to thank the staff at Alden Estates of Jefferson and Rainbow Hospice for the care and compassion over the last few years.
Private services will be held.
