Izell Shelby, affectionately known as “Snoop,” was born on December 4, 1994, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He later made his home in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he built a life surrounded by family, friends, and community.

Izell was a talented barber by trade, a profession that allowed him to connect deeply with people from all walks of life. More than just a barber, he was a listener, a motivator, and a source of positivity to those who sat in his chair. His presence, humor, and heart left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Izell leaves behind his four children and two stepchildren, who were the light of his life. He is also survived by his nine siblings; his loving mother, Atasha Shelby; his father, Odell Williams; his stepparents, Delvecchio Cunikin and Sandra Williams; his grandparents, Jack Shelby Sr. and Marilyn Shelby; his longtime girlfriend, Moesha Pittman; and a host of cherished aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever carry his memory.

He was preceded in death by his uncle's Jack Shelby Jr., Walter Shelby, Joseph Shelby, Steven Shelby, and Iceman, as well as his grandparents Odell Williams Sr. and Teresa

Parker Williams.

Izell’s life, though too short, was filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten by all who knew and loved him.
