Andreas Nicolas Tsiartas passed away on January 5, 2026, in Melbourne, Florida at 64 years old.

Andreas was a hardworking, stubborn and funny man — a true provider who took pride in caring for his family. He was especially proud of being a grandfather and cherished his time with his grandson.

Born and raised in Cyprus, Andreas proudly served his country before immigrating to the United States, where he met his wife, Susan, and began building a life and family together. A talented chef by trade, he was known for his skill in the kitchen, specializing in pizza, gyros and spinach pies.

Outside of work, Andreas found joy in fishing, watching classic country western films, and listening to Greek music, which always kept him connected to his roots.

Andreas is survived by his wife of 40 years, Susan, his daughter Sarah and her husband, Brian, his daughter Nicole and her fiancé, Robert, his cherished grandson, Elijah, his beloved sister, Maria and his nieces, Katherine, Konstantina and great-niece, Jeanette.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Minadora and Nicolas and his son, Charles, a loss that deeply shaped him and a reunion he looked forward to with peace and love.

With grateful hearts, we thank his sister, Maria, for the love, devotion and patience she showed him in the years they shared — especially in moments when his stubbornness made things challenging; and to his best friend, Henry, whose friendship and presence were a constant source of comfort.

In a final act of generosity, Andreas was an organ donor, and gave the gift of sight to others.

Andreas will be remembered for his tireless work ethic, his hilarious (and often colorful) sense of humor, his cooking, his love for gambling, horse racing and fishing, and for spending his days off tinkering with broken-down Mercedes while blasting loud Greek music.

A service in memory of Andreas will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at

St. Katherine Orthodox Church, 5965 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, Florida 32940, with a burial to follow at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 US-1, Rockledge, Florida 32955.
