It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Phillip G Anderson of Fort Valley, GA on January 11, 2026 in Macon, GA, after battling many years with early onset Alzheimer’s. He was born on December 7, 1961 in Fort Pierce, FL to the late Teddy and Thelma (Jackson) Anderson. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 22 years, Cheryl Anderson, his 5 kids: Victoria, David, Samuel, Daniel and Simon. Also, survived by his sister, Rena (Kenneth) Simmons of Fort Pierce, FL.
He is a 1979 graduate of Fort Pierce Central High. He was a US Navy veteran, submariner. He then worked for Grumman/ Northrop Grumman from 1986 to 2018 as a Field Service Representative until his retirement due to Alzheimer’s.
He loved his family very much, and did all he could to provide for them. Most importantly, he loved God and did his best to teach his family the same. He has been a member of Beth Yeshua International since 2003.
A private (invitation only) graveside service will be Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Parkway Memorial Gardens. Navy military honors will be rendered. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Beth Yeshua International or the Alzheimer’s Association.
