William Dale Snyder “Bill” of Gilbert AZ passed away on January 6, 2026, in Gilbert, AZ. He was 93 years old. Bill was born on September 6, 1932, in Lenawee County Michigan. Bill served in the United States Navy from 1952 to 1956 and then went on to receive a degree in Engineering from Michigan State University. He worked for several years as a Commercial Construction Estimator. After graduating, he lived in the Midwest, until 1976 when he moved with his family to Arizona. Bill is survived by his daughter, Julie (Joseph) Jenkins, her mother Beatrice Snyder, 3 Grandchildren, Jason Collins, Amanda (Matthew) Legge, Joshua (Allison) Jenkins, 9 Great Grandchildren, Patricia Collins, Ashley Collins, Weston Legge, Bode Legge, Kash Legge, Ainsley Jenkins, Bennett Jenkins, Isaac Jenkins and Lucy Jenkins. He is predeceased by his Daughters Marcelle Collins, 2012, Katherine Snyder, 1989, wife Georgia Snyder 1987, and longtime companion Shirley Cassady 2013. A celebration of his life will be held at a future date.
