Theresa Lilian Arpino, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great friend, passed away peacefully at home in Brighton, Colorado on January 12, 2026, at the age of 79.

 

Born in Pizzone, Italy to Cristino Santucci and Angelamarie Iacovetti, Theresa lived a life full life of faith, love, and friendship. She devoted herself to her friends and family in all capasities. She dedicated over 10 years plus to being an active member of the Volo Village Board of Trustee's and 12 years as a member of the Social Committy in the Leisure Village Community where she lived. 

 

She leaves behind cherished family members including her devoted spouse, John Joseph Arpino; her son, John Cristino Arpino; daughter, Terri Maria Spies (Arpino); Son in law, Bert Oren Spies; her grandchildren, Justin Spies, John Spies and Jayden Spies and her sister Anna DiSilvio

 

A Celebration of Life is scheduled in her honor for Sunday, February 22nd from1pm -3pm at Leisure Village Club House (Large Hall Room), 7313  E. Leisure Ave, Fox Lake IL 60020. This is an open invite to all. Please call Terri with any questions 303-229-6167

 

Theresa's life was a gift to all who knew her, and her legacy of kindness, friendship, and love will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
