It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Susan Diana Wolfmeier, affectionately known as Diana and more importantly Mom on December 28th, 2025 at the age of 70. She was born on October 15th, 1955 in Chillicothe, Missouri and graduated from Fulton High School in Fulton, Missouri in 1973.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend who brought kindness and love into every life she touched. She dedicated over 20 years to people as Skyview campus supervisor helping to inspire generations of students and staff with her kind heart and passion for helping.

She loved working in her backyard tending her garden, quilting, and loving on all her grand-babies. She also loved to travel to the beach and to make trouble with her sister Carolyn.

By far, her greatest joy and the thing she was proudest of was her family.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years Nelson; her children Jacob and his wife Michelle, Angela, Patrick, Gary and his wife Rachel; grandchildren, Austin and his wife Ellia, Lily, Chance, Lyndsey, Rose, Katelyn, Olivia, and Clara; her great-grandchildren Charlotte and Hayden; her brother Gary; her sisters Carolyn and Patty; and her lifelong friends Norm and Karen.

She will be forever missed and always loved.

Per her request there will be no funeral or burial.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in the spring.

Life is not measured by the breaths you take but by the moments that take your breath away.
