Roy Wayne Riley, 94, of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away on January 12, 2026 at home.
Roy was born on November 26, 1931 in Marceline, Missouri to Charles Elmer Riley and Raona Pearl Davis. He was the last surviving sibling of 12 children. He worked for Grey Advertising in New York City for 29 years in the art department.
Roy married Stephanie Kintzel on September 6, 1969 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania. Together they have two daughters, Allison Morea and Leslie Cinnante, both of Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Roy is survived by his wife of 56 years, Stephanie, daughters, Allison Morea and husband Richard, Leslie Cinnante and husband Michael, grandchildren, Victoria Christian and husband Zachary, Alexa Roman and husband Geoff, Adreana Cinnante, Lucas Cinnante and three great grandchildren Knox, Riley, and Emerson.
Roy was a 21 year parishioner of the Tampa Bay Presbyterian Church in New Tampa. He was an avid music lover with an extensive collection of records and CD’s that he enjoyed listening to. He also enjoyed photography and watching baseball. Roy was an Army Veteran serving for 7 years stationed in England, Germany, and Washington D.C.
Roy’s greatest pleasure was being surrounded by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He will be remembered by his Donald Duck impression.
A memorial service will be held at Tampa Bay Presbyterian Church at a later date.
