Kelly Scott Caldwell, age 57, of Hillsborough County Florida, passed away January 5, 2026. Born on February 6 1968 at Kelly Air Force Base in Texas, Kelly was the child of Sandra Luek Jordan and James Caldwell (deceased). He graduated from Christopher Newport University. Kelly was passionate about his hobbies, the beach, his jeep and dog Zoey. He is survived by daughter Jordan; Mother Sandra; sisters Lisa, Cynthia, Jaimie and Juli; and stepsister Jennie and stepbrother James.
