Dennis L. Cindell born January 20, 1947, son of J.A. (Cindy) and Adeline Cindell, passed away January 15, 2026 at his home. Dennis was born and raised In Ontario, OR, living a 'farm life' outside Ontario. Dennis graduated from Ontario High School in 1965, later attended TVCC studying to become Draftsman. In 1966 he married Sandra Richardson, during the 25 year marriage their son Todd was born.
While in college he was approached by John Caldwell to come to work at Land Title and Escrow and begin managing 4 offices in 4 counties. During that time he also served in the National Guards for 6 years, 1970 to 1976. Dennis later became a partner in First American Title (aka) Malheur County Title, retiring from there after 40 years in the Title and Escrow business. Dennis is known for his exceptional expertise in this field. Of late he was doing private Mineral right searches and research for land owners. He was involved in the digging of 2 gas wells outside of Vale. His personal interests and activities were golf, fishing, go kart racing, Harley Davidson and Indian motorcycles.
Dennis is survived by his son Todd (wife Michelle) of Nampa ID. 2 grandsons Chad (wife Lyssa) of Boise ID. and Steven Sanders (wife Nicole) of Nampa ID. 1 great granddaughter, Olivia, and one expected 2026. 3 siblings, Steve Cindell (wife Elia), Kris Warren (husband Jim), Kip Cindell (wife Pam) and several nieces and nephews.
Dennis is known for his deep generosity and unique humor, he will be greatly missed by family and community. He is loved by many, he laughed with many, he did business for many.
There will be a Celebration of Life on February 7, 3:00 pm at Berts Growler, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity in his memory, or to Heart and Home Hospice Fruitland, ID.

Over the years, the business has grown and had a number of owners, partnerships and names.
