Elsita Rodriguez, 69, of Orlando, Florida, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2026. She was born on June 8, 1956, in Matanza, Cuba, to Jose Manuel Rodriguez and Berta Crespo. After living in Brooklyn, New York for many years, Elsita relocated to Orlando, Florida in 1990, where she built a life centered on faith, family, and love. She was a devoted homemaker and a faithful member of Moradora de Sion in Orlando, Florida.

Elsita found great joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved gardening, cooking, sewing, and shopping, but her greatest happiness came from spending time with her family. Her home was always filled with warmth, love, and laughter and her seven chihuahuas were her constant companions and a great source of comfort.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Manuel and Berta; and her beloved daughters, Janet Castillo and Misdalys Castillo. Elsita leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children, Jessica Noguera and her husband Kelvin Davila of Haines City, Florida, and Daniel Noguera of Haines City, Florida; her brothers, Jose Manuel Rodriguez and Angel Rodriguez, both of Matanza, Cuba; twelve amazing grandchildren, Marcus, Yessenia, Yasmine, Javier, Ezeqiel, Andre, Layla, Jadiel, Ezekiel, Alina, Alexander, and Ariana; and six beloved great-grandchildren, Marcus Jr., Vanessa, Lily, Halo, Ava Mae, and Gabriella.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City, Florida, where she will be laid to rest.
