Constance Eileen Roland, age 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in the early morning hours of January 25, 2026, at her home. She was born on October 24, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan, to Clifford and Eleanor (Wherley) Roland.

Constance worked as a nail technician for most of her life, a career that allowed her to connect with people and bring a little joy to their day. When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed fishing, spending time with her furry companion, Scooter, and playing Bunco—a game she faithfully shared with the same close-knit group of friends for over 40 years. Constance also loved a good “cocktail hour” and was known for her quick wit and love of cracking jokes. She truly was the life of the party and left laughter wherever she went.

She is survived by her children, Erica (Sandip) Patel and Richard (Melissa) Romanski; her grandchildren, Ryder and Quinn Romanski; her partner of 15 years, Bill Shine; and her brother, Steven (Lori) Roland.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Florida Mortuary Funeral and Cremation Services, 4601 N. Nebraska Ave., Tampa, FL 33603.
