James Francis Scarborough Jr. (Aka Jim, Jimmy, Jimbo) In Bonneau SC where he has lived for many years, passed away on February 1st 2026. He is survived by his daughter Amber Helm and her husband Bryan Helm along with his grandkids Bailey, Jack, and Gregory whom meant the world to him. He had many sleepovers making home made ice cream and building fires, teaching them to get dirty outside and just grow up to be a good person and try to always do the right thing. He is also survived by his daughter Nikki Willis along with her husband Josh and their two children, as well as his brother Jack and sister Beth. He was a Fireman, Diver, Heavy Equipment operator, Private Investigator and most of all a US MARINE ! He was loud, obnoxious at times but a good human with a wonderful heart who at the end of the day just battled his own struggles. Please I encourage you to remember the good things about him and everyone is human
