Kathleen “Kaye” Mary (Fitzsimmons) Prettyman, 92, of Eagan, MN, passed away peacefully at home on January 30, 2026.
Preceded in death by her husband, Don I. Prettyman after 72 years of marriage; parents, Robert and Harriett Fitzsimmons; brothers, Robert Jr. and Kevin Fitzsimmons; sister, Patricia “Pat” (Fitzsimmons) Murphy; and granddaughter, Alison Brase.
Survived by her children, Lynn, Mark (Linda), Lezlie (Dudley), Scot (Mary), Luke (Kelly), Matt (Barb), Jon (Trang); 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; sister, Nora Fitzsimmons; brother, Denny; sister-in-law, Ruth Fitzsimmons; and many nieces and nephews.
The family sends a heartfelt thank you to the Morning Glory staff and the Allina Senior Health/Hospice for all their dedicated and devoted care giving.
Service will be held in June 2026. Notification to follow closer to June. Memorials preferred to Cretin-Derham Hall, Wounded Warrior and St. Jude’s.
