Mr. David C. Bone, age 69, of Fultonville, died January 31, 2026 at his home after a long illness.

He was born February 24, 1956 in Joplin, Missouri, and was the son of the late James and Amylu Hogg Bone. He served at the rank of Lance Corporal USMC during the Vietnam War as a radio telephone operator.

David worked as a CDL Truck driver for over 35 years with 3 million safe miles logged throughout his career. He was last employed by Walmart distribution in Johnstown as a truck driver.

His hobbies included: playing pool, roller skating, playing bass guitar, chess, reading, and listening to music. He also practiced Tai Kwan Do & Judo in his 30's and 40's.

David especially loved spending quality time with his loved ones and his three border collies.

On November 9, 2009, he married  Bonnie Bowman, sadly who passed away October 22, 2021. Survivors include his daughter Stephanie Bowman of Glenville, a son, David Bowman of Fultonville, a brother Reid Bone of Texas, a sister Sherilyn "Sheri" of Minnesota and Joni Lynn Nelson'Orr of New Hampshire.
