Dale A. Lamb, 67, died peacefully at home on Thursday afternoon, January 29, 2026. Dale’s recent health decline was due to life long cardiac condition as a result of a 1987 auto accident.
Dale was born in Denver on November 13, 1958 to parents Charlie and Shirley Lamb. Graduated Kennedy High School in 1976.
Dale loved people, music, the outdoors and as many are aware---the culinary arts. He landed his first serious culinary job at Denver’s Green Gables Country Club around 1976. Later honing his craft at various restaurants, hotels and even establishing his own business catering Farm Dinners and Wedding events.
Dale reluctantly retired in March, 2021, and turned his energy toward leading Celebrate Recovery and various ministries within his church family at White Fields Community Church.
Dale is survived by his wife, Beth and son Cristopher Lamb, brothers Charlie and Mike Lamb.
Celebration of Dale’s life with reception following to be held Saturday, February 7, 11:30 a.m. at White Fields Community Church, 2950 Colorful Avenue, Longmont, Colorado.
