Kearsten Angel, age 57, of Ocala, Florida passed away Friday, January 30, 2026 after many years of battling serious medical conditions. Her family was by her side as she met her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We all rejoice in her perfect and whole restoration!

Kearsten grew up in Ocala and graduated from Forest High School (1986) and Rhodes College (1990). She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and returned to her hometown of Ocala to work at the State Attorney's office for many years. She volunteered faithfully and tenaciously on the Republican Party of FL State Executive Committee and was the Programs Director for the Villagers for Trump campaign. She was very proud to serve as the Marion County Republican State Committeewoman from 2020-2024. Kearsten dedicated countless hours to supporting and promoting both local and state leaders because she cared deeply about her community. She loved our great country and was passionate about her beliefs--a great patriot!

She also played a mean game of Rook, held family close to her heart, and treasured her dear friends. Kearsten was preceded in death by her parents, Carven and Marsha Angel of Ocala.

She is survived by her sister, Ashley (Tim) Raymond; nieces, Evie (Liam) Reagan, Shannen Raymond, Macy Raymond; stepmom, Gloria Angel; step sisters, Marj (Scott) Neal, Heather Lenemier; stepbrothers, Mike(Dana) Alsop, Fran (Kathy) Alsop.

We will celebrate Kearsten's life at 2:00 pm, Sunday February 15th, 2026 at Central Christian Church, 3010 NE 14th St, Ocala. The family will welcome friends from 1:30 until the service begins and invites you to stay for refreshment and fellowship afterward.
