Patricia H. Olejarski, of National Park, NJ, passed away in her home on February 1, 2026. She was 74 years old.
Born in Salem, NJ, Patty resided most of her life in Salem, before moving to National Park. For 23 years, Patty dedicated her career as a Registered Nurse to those attending Salem Middle School.
Away from work, Patty was devoted to her family. Her sense of humor and whit kept her family on their toes. She was a hard worker and put her all into everything she did.
Predeceased by her parents Joseph F. Sr. and Agnes C. Houdart, she is survived by her husband, John J. Olejarski; her daughter, Amanda Smith and her husband Ryan and her son, Matthew; grandchildren, Ryan, Kevin and Nathan; siblings, Joseph Houdart Jr. and his wife Gwen and Agnes Drozd and her husband Frank. Patty is also survived by her extended family, nieces, nephews and her dear friend, Carol Walker and family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury, NJ 08096 from 8:30 am until 10:00 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am at Holy Angels Parish at St. Matthew’s Church, 4th & Monument, National Park. Interment will follow in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Salem.
