It is with profound sadness and reverence that we announce the passing of Monica W. Bryan, who left us on February 4, 2026, at the age of 77 to be with her Lord and Savior. Born on February 27, 1948, in Wallins Creek, Kentucky, Monica brought light and joy to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Monica was a loving mother to her son, Justin Bryan, and a doting grandmother to her cherished granddaughters, Catherine and Lindsey. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she poured her heart into creating beautiful memories with them. She is also survived by her beloved brother, Harley Whitehead, Jr., and her sisters, Beverly Roberts and Juanita Flannery, who held a special place in her life.

Throughout her career, Monica was known for her dedication and compassion as a Patient Account Specialist and Tax Consultant. Beyond her professional achievements, Monica was a person of remarkable spirit. Her loving, generous, and caring nature shone brightly in her community. A passion for life found its expression in the simple joy of playing card games, especially her favorite, Skip-Bo, during weekly game nights with friends.

Monica’s zest for life was contagious, inspiring those around her to embrace each day with gratitude. Her ability to bring people together and her profound kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

A memorial service to honor Monica's life will be held on February 28, 2026, at First Baptist Church of Winter Haven, Florida (198 W Central Ave., Winter Haven, FL 33880). Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens in Opp, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the First Baptist Church of Winter Haven in memory of Monica Bryan, as a testament to her giving spirit.

Monica W. Bryan’s legacy is one of love, kindness, and inspiration. While she is deeply missed, her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
