Lynn Marie Stephens (1959-2026)

  Lynn Marie Stephens (née Breeding), 66, passed away the morning of February 1st, 2026 at Enloe Hospital in Chico, California.   Lynn was born in Bremerton Washington in 1959 to Paul and Betty Breeding. She attended Bartlett Highschool in Anchorage, Alaska and graduated class of '77.   Lynn devoted her life to her family. She found her greatest joy in her children, particularly in her grandsons, delighting in every moment spent with them, pouring endless love into their lives. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was also devoted to her community as a dedicated volunteer to Chico Youth Soccer League for many years.   Lynn is survived by her husband Randy; her three children: Rick, Rhiannon, and Russell; her two cherished grandchildren: Rhys and Ricky Jr. As well as her sisters Lorna Domschot and Lisa Scannell.   She will be remembered for her humor, her warmth, her kindness, and above all, her incredible strength.   Lynn’s love and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
