Doris Jean Connolly,100, of Tucson, Arizona, was peacefully called home to be with the Lord on February 3, 2026. She was born on June 30, 1925, in Dallas, Texas, and lived a century-long life marked by faith, love, resilience, and devotion to family.   Doris was a woman of deep and steady faith, trusting God through every season of her life. She reflected His love through kindness, grace, and a quiet strength that anchored her family. Her faith was not simply spoken, but lived daily through her compassion for others and her unwavering devotion to those she loved.   She was known for her infectious laugh and warm smile, highlighted by her trademark dimples that could light up any room. Doris loved sharing funny stories from her life, often delivered with her unmistakable Southern drawl, bringing joy and laughter to those around her.   She carried herself with remarkable class and took pride in her appearance, always presenting herself with elegance and dignity. These qualities, combined with her gentle wisdom and loving heart, made her unforgettable to all who knew her.    Doris believed deeply in the importance of family, integrity, and treating others with kindness. To her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, she was a constant source of comfort, encouragement, and unconditional love. Her prayers were steady, her presence reassuring, and her love enduring.   She is survived by her children, Ray Watters and Gail Collins; grandchildren, Dean Watters (Tanya), Shannon Collins, Aaron Collins, Shaun Collins (Rose); and her cherished great granddaughters, Nevaeh Manintin (Kekoa), Aili Collins, Addison Collins and Ady Watters. She was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Allen Watters and James "JK" Connolly, son-in-law David Collins and grandson David Watters.    Though her passing leaves a deep sense of loss, her family takes comfort in knowing Doris is now at peace, resting in God's eternal care and reunited with loved ones who went before her. Her legacy of faith, grace, laughter, and love will live on through the generations she dearly cherished.
