James Richard Parma, 61, suddenly passed away February 4, 2026 at Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa, AZ. He was born February 3, 1965 in Conneaut, OH to Donald Anthony Parma, Sr. and Dolores Anita (Helberg) Parma. James graduated from Conneaut High School in 1983. He loved working with the public from the time he was a little boy delivering newspapers to later becoming a Pharmacy Tech and Manager at Walgreen's. He also enjoyed spending time at local casinos as well as taking annual trips to Country Thunder USA Music Festival with friends when he could. James was preceded in death by his father Donald Parma, Sr. and two sisters, Anita Parma and Toni Parma. James is survived by his mother Dolores (Helberg) Parma of Mesa, AZ, two brothers, Donald Parma, Jr. of Geneva, OH, Michael Parma of Chalfont, PA and one sister, Mary (Parma) Mario of Gilbert, AZ. James is also survived by his siblings children, Crystal Lancaster, Emily Wolske and Caleb Wolske of Geneva, OH and Jayme Miner, Isabella Miner, Conner Miner and Jack Mario, all of Mesa, AZ. No services will be held.
