Floyd Monroe Clark, 90, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on February 6, 2026. He was born on September 27, 1935, in Clifton Forge, Virginia.
Mr. Clark proudly served in the United States Army from 1953 until his retirement in 1974. During more than 20 years of honorable service, he served in Korea, Eritrea, and Vietnam. His service was recognized with numerous awards and commendations, including the Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster, and multiple Air Medals.
In August 1971, he married the love of his life, and together they built a family grounded in loyalty and devotion. He is survived by his beloved wife; his two children; his granddaughter; and his great-granddaughter, with another great-grandchild expected soon. His legacy of service, resilience, and commitment to family will live on through them.
Military honors will be rendered at his burial in a private ceremony attended by immediate family.
