Annette Seibert, a woman of grace, dedication, and service, passed away on February 1, 2026, in Venice, Florida.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island, to the late Amelia and John Motta, Annette spent much of her life in Rhode Island and Cape Cod before settling in Venice. A career professional, she served for many years as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, bringing her trademark organization and poise to everything she touched.
Annette’s life was defined by her commitment to others. She was a devout communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes and a tireless advocate for her community. Her leadership as an active fundraising chair and board member for the Auxiliary of SPARCC (Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center) left a lasting impact on those in need across Sarasota County.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Paul Seibert; her sister, Sandra Motta; and her niece, Amy Wilmot, along with Amy’s husband, Kenneth. Annette now joins her parents and her first husband, Anthony Persechino, in eternal rest.
In keeping with Annette’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral services in Florida. Instead, friends and family are invited to find a moment of peace and reflection at the Venice Golf and Country Club Memorial Garden.
