With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jennifer Dorothy Kettell (White), a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.
She left this world peacefully on February 15, 2026, surrounded by her family. Born on November 13 1964, in Quincy, MA, Jennifer embraced life with a spirit of kindness and generosity that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Jennifer was a nurturing and selfless soul, always putting the needs of others before her own. She radiated positivity and warmth, traits that were evident in her role as a mother to two wonderful children, Kelsey Leavitt and Justin Kettell. Her love knew no bounds, extending to her cherished grandson, Crew Leavitt, who was a source of immense joy in her life.
As the beloved daughter of William and Barbara White and dear sister to Chrisann Hagerty, Jennifer fostered close relationships grounded in love and respect. She intertwined her life with those she loved, and her family now carries forward the lessons of kindness and compassion she instilled in them.
Jennifer found joy in simple pleasures—whether it was basking in the sun on a beach with a good book in hand or reveling in the beauty of a sunset with loved ones by her side. Her humorous spirit and zest for life brought laughter to countless family gatherings, and she will be remembered for her ability to brighten any room.
A Celebration of Life honoring Jennifer's legacy will be planned for early spring in Massachusetts, where friends and family can gather to share stories and cherish the memories created together.
While she may have departed from this world, Jennifer’s spirit of kindness, generosity, and love will endure through all those she touched. May her memory be a blessing and inspire us each day to embody the values she so beautifully lived by.
