Robert "Bob" Rutter, 63, of Woodbury passed away on February 7, 2026.
Bob was born in Deptford and was a longtime resident of Woodbury. Bob was a graduate of Deptford High School.
Bob served in the United States Navy (15 years) as an Engineman onboard the USS Roanoke (Virginia), USS Barnstable County (Massachusetts), USS Clark, USS Ainsworth FFT (FF-1090), USS John F Kennedy Carrier (CVN-70), USS New Jersey (BB-62) Camden.
Bob was in heating and air conditioning and love restoring his 1978 Firebird. He was a member of the Lake Tract Bible Church.
Bob loved being at sea. He can now soar with the whales, fly with the Angels and is finally free.
Bob is survived by his sister Jennifer, his brother Eric and his son Matthew Rutter. He is predeceased by his Parents Howard & Margarita Rutter and his Grandmother, Margarita Loeb.
Bob was laid to rest on February 19, 2026 at the Gloucester County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
