Larry H. Hetrick, 80, of Nokomis, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026. Larry was the beloved husband of Gayle Hetrick with whom he shared 58 years of marriage. Together they spent most of their lives in Emmaus, Pennsylvania, before moving full-time to Florida.
He was the son of the late Homer and Virginia (Batman) Hetrick and brother to the late Sharon Hetrick of Zionsville, Pennsylvania.
Larry was employed by MillerKnoll, Inc. (formerly Knoll International) in East Greenville, Pennsylvania, for many years, serving as Manager of Field Sales until his retirement in 2006. He was respected for his leadership, work ethic, and dedication throughout his career.
A talented musician, Larry was a drummer and member of the band “The Variations”. Friends and family fondly remember gathering to listen, dance, and enjoy music that brought people together and filled the room with energy and laughter.
Larry was an active member of the Mercantile Club in Pennsylvania and later belonged to the Elks and Moose lodges in Florida.
Larry is survived by his loving wife, daughter Pam Marsh and her husband Don, of Hillsborough, NJ and his son Brad and his wife Julie of Mount Pleasant, SC. He was the proud grandfather of five grandchildren; Samantha, Alex, Brooke, McKenna and Blake who brought him great joy.
All services for Larry will be held privately. Larry will be remembered for his love of music, his devotion to family, and the many lives he touched along the way. Farley Funeral Home in Venice, Florida is handling the arrangements.
