Throughout her life she journeyed from place to place finding a new line of work, from working as a cook and a waitress, owning a trucking business with her husband Frank, and even participating in war efforts working at Mare Island amongst other occupations. Betty rarely missed a chance to listen to music and go dancing. She was known for her skill with a rifle, ability to make a full course meal out of thin air, her captivating beauty and for her fondness for a day out at the casino. She loved animals deeply, especially dogs of which she had many. Above all Betty will be remembered for her independence, endless stories, her resilience, and the extensive and beautiful family that she built. She will be missed dearly and forever remembered.
