William “Bill” Bret Berglin of Loveland, CO passed away peacefully at home on February 18,2026. Bill served in the United States Air Force for 23 years, followed by 14 years as aLarimer Country Deputy Sheriffs Corrections Officer. Bill also enjoyed working at JAX andMurdoch’s before retiring in 2025. He loved wood working, fishing and hunting, ham radios,and many other hobbies. Bill is survived by his wife Donna Berglin, son Brian Berglin andhis wife Lacy, daughter Carrie Berglin and her husband Travis Arneson, father Art Berglin,brother Andy Berglin, sister Lynn Berglin, grandchildren Natalie, William, and Elizabeth,along with nieces and nephews and countless friends. Bill is proceeded in death by hismother Patricia Berglin.

A private ceremony for the family will be performed by Banner Hospice, along with a 21-gunsalute. A public gathering will be held in the near future and information will be shared withfriends and family at that time.
