Mary Grace (Thibodeaux) Roger, a long-time resident of Maurice La, Houston, TX, and Parker Co passed away in her home on February 21, 2026. She was born in Lafayette, La, on April 22, 1935, to Henry and Edna (Leblanc) Thibodeaux. Grace was a long-time caregiver to their son Hal and enjoyed music, women's basketball, reading, and word puzzles.
Grace is survived by her son Hugh and his wife Paula, grandson Mac, granddaughter Jennifer Shaffer, and a great-grandson, Henry Shaffer, all of Parker, CO.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Edna Thibodeaux. Her husband of 67 years, Hubert Lee Roger, and their son Hal. Her 2 brothers, Alex and John Thibodeaux, and her sister Beatrice Sumerlin.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ponderosa Valley Funeral Home in Parker, Colorado. Internment will be at 11:00 am, March 3rd, 2026, at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado
