Born on September 26, 1939, in Dublin, Georgia, to the late Owen Wells Woodard and Christine Williams Ginn; Maureen was a beloved mother, grandmother, and a cherished member of her community. For over 50 years, Maureen made her home in Warner Robins, where she built a successful career as a wedding consultant and florist. Her artistry and attention to detail brightened countless celebrations, making her a cherished figure at many of life's happiest moments. Known for her strength and resilience, Maureen inspired those around her with her unyielding spirit and generosity.
A devoted mother to Patricia Stuckey, Cindy (Andy) Ulrich, and Shirley (Michael) Van House, Maureen passionately embraced the role of matriarch and was the cornerstone of her family. Her legacy will continue to thrive in the lives of her beloved grandchildren: Lindsay Van House, Adam (Rebecca) Van House, Brianna Batson, and Christopher Batson, Jr.
Maureen will be remembered not only for her contributions to her family and profession but also for her warmhearted nature that touched everyone she met. As we celebrate the life of this remarkable woman, let us carry forward her kindness and commitment to love – for they are the true hallmarks of her enduring legacy.
